How long does the course take?

This course is designed to be done at your own speed over a period of 3 months. After signing up, you’ll have access to the first module. Then each week, the next module will be released. This allows you to take your time to absorb and process the concepts, plus allows you time to complete the worksheets per module. Rushing through the coursework will likely result in hitting roadblocks, so it’s important to pace yourself. You’ll likely go back to the modules a couple of times over during the 90 days as you focus on your specific areas of need.

You’ll have instant access to the course when you sign up, starting with module 1. You can dive in right away or come back to the course anytime as you’ll have lifetime access to the course modules and worksheets.

This course will definitely help you if you have previously had disordered eating such as yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, bingeing, or overeating. However, if you are currently dealing with an active eating disorder, this course is not right for you yet.  Please seek a registered and experienced eating disorder clinician to support your recovery.
